Meet your coach
Hi, I'm Mark Banno
Mark Banno is the founder and head coach of OTN Training (Optimal Training & Nutrition), working with clients both online and in person to help them build strong, lean, and sustainable physiques.
Mark’s coaching approach is built on a simple principle: optimal results come from intelligent training, practical nutrition, and consistency over time. He specialises in helping busy professionals and everyday individuals improve strength, body composition, and confidence through personalised programs that fit seamlessly into real life.
Mark holds Cert III & IV in Fitness, is an ASCA Level 2 Strength Coach, and has completed Elite Performance Personal Training and Nutrition Coach certifications. This foundation allows him to deliver structured, evidence-based programs focused on proper movement, progressive overload, and long-term habit building.
Rather than quick fixes or extreme methods, Mark focuses on sustainable systems that clients can maintain for life — whether training in a gym, at home, or remotely.
At OTN Training, the goal goes beyond short-term transformation. It’s about creating a stronger, healthier version of yourself that lasts.
